How to use
-Steep 1 tablespoon in 300 ml hot water for 10–15 minutes, or gently simmer under low heat.
-Sieve and sweeten with Eastnat Honey or Eastnat Blackstrap Molasses. Enjoyed warm by mother, and only two unsweetened teaspoons for the baby.
-Best taken after meals or during digestive discomfort.
-Regular use supports a calm, settled gut.
