How to use
-Mix ½–1 tablespoon in 200–250 ml warm water, stir well until it forms a gel-like soothing drink.
-Sieve and add freshly squeezed lemon juice , sweeten with Eastnat Honey or Eastnat Blackstrap Molasses if you wish.
-Best taken between meals or before bed to support gut lining, digestion, and throat soothing.
-You can also be taken as a thicker paste for added soothing effect.
-Drink immediately after mixing as it thickens quickly.
